At Organicarian we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible and will do all we can to achieve this aim.
We have tried to include as many of the Frequently Asked Questions from our customers as possible to assist you with your online shop.

Questions and Answers
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: UK mainland deliveries will take 1-3 working days from the date of despatch. We make every effort to ensure that your order is despatched within 2 working days of the time your order is completed online or from the time your cheque clears, although during busier times this is not always possible. All deliveries will require a signature. For deliveries to other European destinations, please allow 14 days for delivery. Q: How much is postage and packing?
A: Postage and packing costs are as follows:

Certain deliveries to the Channel Islands, The Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands may be subject to a surcharge dependant upon weight. We will email or telephone you to confirm this before despatch.
European Deliveries
Orders under 2kg in weight will be charged at £9.50 and sent by International Signed For - Airmail
Orders over 2kg in weight will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This surcharge will be agreed with the customer prior to despatch.
Rest of the World
We do not currently deliver to destinations outside the European Union.
Q: Are the products insured if they are lost or damaged in the post?
A: Yes, if items are lost in the post they are insured. If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us in accordance with the Damaged Goods section in our Terms & Conditions. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address and advise that returns are sent via a signed for delivery service for your peace of mind and security and that you keep the original proof of posting. We cannot accept goods returned later than 7 working days after receipt of the order.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase, please return the goods, unused, unopened and in the original packaging together with a copy of the delivery note supplied with the delivery, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods for a refund or an exchange. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods. Organicarian suggests that you return goods via a signed for delivery service for your peace of mind and security. Where applicable replacement goods will be sent to you or your purchase will be refunded within 30 working days.
Q: Can I be sure that the online payment system is secure?
A: When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Payment may be made by personal cheque using our online ordering facility. Please send your Order Number, name and address along with your sterling pound cheque, drawn on a UK bank account. Please note that goods will not be despatched until payment by personal cheque has cleared.
Q: Can I have a delivery address that is different to the invoice address?
A: Yes. You will be given this option during the checkout procedure.
Q: Can I have products gift wrapped?
A: Yes. If you would like your order gift wrapped, please notify us in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order box during Step 1 of the checkout procedure. We are happy to offer a free gift wrapping service. Gifts will be wrapped in purple tissue paper, fastened with paper string and an Organics With Love label. If goods are too large for this service, we will contact you.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: Currently we ship to UK & EU addresses only.
Q: Do I have to pay any import taxes if my goods are shipped overseas?
A: Organics With Love is not responsible for any import taxes levied by the destination country for deliveries outside the UK Mainland. Please enquire at your local Customs and Import office if you have any queries about this.
Q: Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
A: We use recycled materials wherever possible for our packing and stationery.
Q: If I signed up to receive your newsletter, how do I unsubscribe if I no longer wish to receive it?
A: Log on, go to My Account and click on "Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters".
Q: Will you pass my details on to anyone else?
A: No. At Organics With Love we do not pass on your details to a third party.
Q: Do you sell to wholesale customers?
A: No, we only sell to retail customers.
Q: What is the definition of organic?
A: According to the Soil Association - one of the leading organic certification bodies in the UK - organic products consist of, or are derived from, organic agriculture. Organic farming severely restricts the use of artificial chemical fertilisers and pesticides. Instead, organic farmers rely on developing a naturally healthy and fertile soil as a base for growth.
Q: Why is organic good for me?
A: Organic is a healthy choice because it dramatically reduces the presence of synthetic and harmful chemicals in the products we place on our skin and in our bodies. Many everyday toiletries, cosmetics, cleaning products and clothing contain potentially harmful synthetic chemicals which are avoided to a large extent in organic products. The skin absorbs an estimated 60% of substances placed on the surface and this includes any harmful properties in the substance, so many people prefer to use products made from organic ingredients.
