ORDERING
Our products are made to order and dispatched promptly to you. Ordering through our online shopping cart is very secure (via PayPal). The credit card details you input are processed securely by PayPal and we have no access whatsoever to your card information. If you prefer we can accept orders via fax or phone (see details on contact page). Payment can be made by cheque, money order or postal order in UK pounds sterling only. Please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order to you with 48 hrs from receipt/clearance of payment. Free P&P within the UK (Via Royal Mail). We are happy to ship to our overseas customers, but please contact us first prior to order to confirm delivery type required.
PACKAGING
We care for the environment - we aim to reuse packaging as much as possible - this keeps our postage costs to a minimum whilst helping to save the planet.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you need to return your product - please contact us at sales@organicarian.com & we will advise where to return your product. Please try to reuse packaging where possible. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorisation. In the event of an order being incorrect, we will exchange the item for you without charge.
Custom made orders may not be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
Email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order and a full refund will be given. After 24 hours your order will have already been processed and cancellation will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
COMPLAINTS
We are committed to providing a high level of customer service. If you are unhappy with our level of service or the product purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be informed by return of the timescale anticipated to solve the problem. All complaints are investigated fully & we will update you during the investigation process.

HEALTH & SAFETY
All products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We do not test on animals.
All our products are paraben free. We do not buy from any company that supports animal testing. We use pure essential oils, organic herbs and the finest natural ingredients. Essential oils should be used with care and if you have any doubts about whether a product is suitable for you please ask. Some oils are not suitable if you are pregnant, If you are pregnant avoid: Basil, Cedarwood, Clarysage, Coriander, Hyssop, Jasmine, Juniper, Marjoram. Oregano, Myrrh, Peppermint (which should also be avoided while breast feeding), Rockrose, Rosemary, Sage and Thyme. If in any doubt consult your doctor or aromatherapist before using any product that will be absorbed by the skin i.e. bath salts, creams and lotions. Some aromatherapists recommend fennel and rosemary to be avoided if you suffer from epilepsy or high blood pressure.
We advise that you use all products within 6 months from date of purchase.
